Mi chiamo Lena. Ho diciassette anni. Vivo, o meglio, vivevo a Sacramento. Adesso vivo a New York con mio fratello e mio zio, Mac Taylor. Com'è successo? Bè, è una lunga storia. Ma tenterò di raccontarvela. Partirò da dove tutto è cominciato e vi racconterò una piccola parte della mia vita nella Grande Mela. Questi sono little pieces of my life.

My name is Lena. I'm seventeen. I live, or better, I lived in Sacramento. Now I live in New York with my brother and my oncle, Mac Taylor. How did it happen? Well, it's a long story. But I'll try to tell it to you. I'll start where everything began and I'll tell you a little piece of my life in tha Big Apple.

Always and Forever

Quando tutto sembra andare per il meglio, si sa, le difficoltà arrivano, prima o poi. Io, Lena Taylor, lo so bene. Ho perso i miei genitori e mio fratello e ho scoperto che colui che credevo mio zio era in realtà mio padre. Adesso vivo a New York, ho un ragazzo che mi ama e vado al college. Ma qui nella Grande Mela i problemi sono sempre dietro l'angolo, pronti a venir fuori per sconvolgere le nostre vite e far crollare le nostre certezze...

When everything seems to go for the best, you know, difficulties come, sooner or lather. I, Lena Taylor, know it well. I lost my parents and my brother and know I found out that who I belivd my oncle was in reality my father. Now I live in New York, I have a boyfriend who loves me and I'm going to College. But here in the Big Apple the problems are always behind the corner, ready to come out to throw into confusion our lives and to bring down our certainties...
